This is absolutely the best strawberry pie I have ever had….one crust that is baked beforehand and let cool and then the filling put in and refrigerate. Best to cut the strawberries into small pieces so you can either feature a strawberry holler or just an everyday paring knife for the berry prep. You should try it…it’s berry season isn’t it?
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Water
2 TBL Corn Starch
32oz Package of Strawberry Jello
1 Pint Fresh Strawberries
Mix sugar, water and corn starch. Bring to a boil until clear.
Stir in 32oz package of strawberry jello and let cool.
Add one pint of fresh strawberries cut small
1 Stick of Margarine
1 Cup of Flour
2 TBL Powdered Sugar
Bake 10 minutes at 350
