A wonderful blend of nine herbs and spices that can make a delectable cheese ball, a cheese spread or herb butter. Each Case contains (12) 2oz Re-sealable pouches of "It's About Thyme" and 2 display trays that hold 6 bags each. INGREDIENTS: Onion, Garlic, Black Pepper, Thyme, Oregano, Dill, Rosemary and Basil No MSG, No Chemicals, No Preservatives, No Salt, Gluten-Free EACH PACKAGE: Yields 3 Batches (1 Batch= 2 Cups of Product) It's About Thyme Recipes Delectable Herb Cheese Ball 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened (regular or light) 8 oz Feta Cheese, softened 3 Tbs IT’S ABOUT THYME! Combine all ingredients with a food processor or electric mixer. Wrap and refrigerate for at least three hours. (The flavor gets better over time). Form into one or two logs or balls and roll into chopped walnuts or pecans, and/or chopped fresh parsley, or freshly cracked peppercorns. Serve with crackers or melba rounds.
