Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders of $150 or more on most items. For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, our shipping fee is generally $15.
Oversized or overweight items may be exceptions, and shipping costs will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Returns & Store Credit
Non-sale, non-holiday merchandise may be returned within 14 business days for store credit. Items must be unused and accompanied by a receipt.

- Special-order items
- Sale and reduced-price merchandise—all sales are final
Defective merchandise
Defective merchandise will be refunded or exchanged according to vendor guidelines. Please contact our team with your receipt or order number and a description of the issue so we can help with the next steps.
